We will contact you if your item is found to be out of stock or back ordered.

Shipping

We ship most of our products across Canada. (Canada Post or UPS)

Currently, we only ship hot tubs within Atlantic Canada (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI and Newfoundland)

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Although your shipping method may be 'next day' handling time and availability is not factored into these methods.

Do you live in Nova Scotia and would like same day/next day delivery?
We can ship locally (not hot tubs) through MBW Courier. In many cases this method is CHEAPER than others listed on our website. Unfortunately we cannot link their method to this site.
Check to see if you are on their route first and then contact us for delivery.

Hot tubs will be shipped by curbside delivery.
The delivery service in most cases will provide tailgate delivery. Should your rural area not permit tailgate delivery we will contact you immediately to make other arrangements.

When you receive your purchase it is up to you to ensure it is undamaged. Any damage must be noted on the waybill at the time of delivery. If damage isn't noted- it is difficult to have the situation rectified. And SPAS is not responsible for carrier damage.


Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a refund minus a 20% restocking charge. Custom cut, glued, wearable or electrical items cannot be returned. This includes seals, elements, fuses etc. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back. We will not refund shipping costs. Items must be received in perfect condition.

Hot tubs in most cases may not be returned.
Please call our store 902-462-8187 if you wish to return a hot tub.

Should we make an error with your shipment: We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item)

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
